  • Service Operations: Data is shared with Notion (for CRM) and Slack (for internal notifications) to manage our operations

We will NEVER:

Where We Store Your Data:

Your data is securely stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database service. Data is also stored in Notion (for internal CRM) and referenced in Slack (for team notifications).

  • Access Control: Only authorized Studio1 team members have access to your data
  • Secure Infrastructure: We use trusted, enterprise-grade service providers

5. Data Deletion Process

If you request deletion of your personal data (Right to be Forgotten), here's what happens:

Step 1:

Email your request to invest@aims.team with your name and email address, and specify which form you submitted ("Request the Deck" or "Keep in the Loop" or both)

Step 2:

We verify your identity to ensure data security

Step 3:

We delete your data from all systems (Supabase database, Notion CRM where applicable, and Slack notifications)

Step 4:

We send you a confirmation email within 30 days

Note: Data from both forms is stored separately. If you've submitted both forms and only want data from one deleted, please specify which form's data you want removed.

6. Cookies

Our website currently uses only essential cookies required for the website to function properly. We do not use tracking or marketing cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and notify you accordingly.
